Terms of Use

By downloading Muadi and creating an account you accept these terms. If you don't accept them, please don't use the app.

What Muadi Does

We calculate the positions of the sky from your birth details and interpret them with AI. The app includes:

• Your birth chart and its reading
• Daily horoscopes written generally for all twelve signs, not personalised
• Daily, monthly and yearly transit readings
• Answers to your questions based on the sky
• A daily card and themed tarot spreads
• Dream analysis
• Relationship compatibility
• Chakra lessons and practices
• Moon cycle and biorhythm
• Sleep sounds

Some of these are free, others require a subscription or credits. You can see which is which inside the app.

Creating an Account

You can only sign in with your Apple or Google account; there is no password-based registration. On your first sign-in we ask for the few details needed to calculate the sky. Which ones they are is written in the Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter. If your birth date or time is wrong, the readings will be wrong too.

Age Limit

You must be at least 13 years old to use Muadi.

Subscriptions and Credits

Your subscription renews automatically and you are charged for another period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. The charge is taken 24 hours before the end of the period.

Cancelling is done through your device's store settings, not inside the app:

• iPhone: Settings, then tap your name, then Subscriptions
• Android: Google Play, Profile, Payments and subscriptions

When you cancel you keep access until the end of the period and are not charged afterwards. Credits, on the other hand, are bought once, do not renew, and any you don't use stay on your account.

We may grant free access to some accounts for promotional or testing purposes. This does not create an entitlement and we may end it at any time.

We may change our prices. For existing subscribers a change only takes effect after advance notice and from the next renewal onwards.

Refunds

Purchases are made through the App Store and Google Play, not through us. For that reason refund requests go to the store, not to us.

A reading not turning out the way you hoped does not oblige us to refund it. Your statutory right of withdrawal as a consumer is reserved; however, because the content is delivered immediately and the readings are produced specifically for you, that right may not apply in every case.

Muadi Is for Entertainment

Please read this section carefully. Everything in Muadi is for entertainment and personal reflection.

None of the content here is medical, psychological, legal, financial, relationship or career advice. It is not a substitute for professional guidance.

Make decisions about your health, your money, your legal situation or your state of mind by consulting a qualified professional. Do not delay seeing your doctor, stop taking medication, give up a legal right or make a financial decision because of something you read in Muadi.

We make no claim about the scientific validity of astrology. Calculating the positions of the sky is a mathematical operation; the interpretation of what those positions mean in your life belongs to the astrology and tarot tradition and cannot be guaranteed as accurate.

If you are in crisis or having thoughts of harming yourself, please turn to emergency support services rather than this app.

Readings Are Generated by AI

Every reading in the app is produced by AI. None of it is written or reviewed by an astrologer, a tarot reader or any other expert.

That means readings may be wrong or inconsistent, the same details may produce different results at different times, and the AI may generate things that are not true. Readings do not reflect our opinion or that of any expert.

What You Write Belongs to You

Your dreams, your questions and your feedback are yours. We leave your rights over them with you and use them only to produce the reading you asked for.

You can delete your entries one by one from inside the app. Deleted content is gone permanently.

Entering Someone Else's Details

In relationship compatibility you enter another person's name and birth details. Those are that person's personal information. By entering them you promise:

• That you are entitled to share these details
• That you have told the person their details will be used
• That you have their consent where it is required
• That the details you entered are correct

If that promise turns out not to be true, the resulting responsibility is yours.

Things You Must Not Do

• Reverse engineer the app or try to access its source
• Access the service with bots or automated tools
• Probe our security, look for vulnerabilities or attempt unauthorised access
• Sell the readings you receive or present them as your own service
• Impersonate someone else or create an account with false information
• Send abusive, threatening or unlawful content
• Try to get around quota limits
• Use multiple accounts to claim free entitlements over and over again

The Content in the App Belongs to Us

The design, the code, the logo, the Muadi name, the chakra lessons, the tarot imagery and the written content are ours. We grant you a right to use them personally; you may not copy, distribute or use them commercially.

Changes to the Service

We may change, add or remove modules. If we remove a paid feature we will offer a reasonable solution for the remainder of your subscription.

The service may be temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, faults or unexpected events. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. The app requires an internet connection.

Closing Your Account

If you breach these terms we may close your account. In cases of serious breach, subscription fees already paid are not refunded.

You can delete your account at any time: Profile, then Delete My Account. Everything is removed permanently. Note that deleting your account does not cancel your subscription; you need to cancel that separately through the store.

Limits of Our Liability

The service is provided as it is and we give no warranty. We are not responsible for decisions you make based on readings in Muadi, or for their consequences.

In any case our total liability cannot exceed the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months. This limit does not apply where we acted with intent or gross negligence, or where mandatory consumer law says otherwise.

Changes

We may update these terms. If there is an important change we will let you know. Continuing to use the app afterwards means you accept the new terms.

Governing Law

Turkish law applies to these terms. If you are a consumer, your right to apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Court where you live is reserved.
